Job Summary: Lead and manage the HR Department by defining, developing and implementing HR plans, policies and procedures that contribute to the continuous development of Human Capital and corporate HR provision that meets the business needs.

Job Description:

-          Prepares a strategic HR Business and Action Plan for the company in line with the expansion program, vision and mission.

-          Triggers periodical performance evaluations of all personnel, and determines the suitable corrective or development training schemes according to needs for employees and new hires in coordination with HR team.

-          Monitors employees’ performance and ensures the proper succession planning, career and personal development to constantly meet Gannage Group high standards.

-          Updates the JDs for all the roles through differentiating the responsibilities and the accountabilities in accordance to the procedures set.
