Job Summary
Handle the installation, maintenance & after sales service of the available equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle all technical operations related to available equipment.
- Ensure the installation, repair, maintenance and after sales support of available equipment.
- Provide and/or assist in providing appropriate training on available equipment and/or any other equipment as may be required by the CSDM/Technical supervisor.
- Participate in trainings, whether in Lebanon or abroad, as may be required by the CSDM/Technical supervisor.
- Endeavour to sign maintenance agreements with clients regarding available equipment as may be indicated by the CSDM/Technical Supervisor.
- Follow up in coordination with the Technical Coordinator on customers’ calls and requests for intervention, and make sure these problems are solved accordingly in the shortest delays.
- Perform other duties related to the field.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, higher degree and certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of respective equipment and their updates.
- Attention to detail, analytical, listening and problem solving skills.
- Good presentation & Training Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good team player.
- Dynamic, loyal, trustworthy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus).
