Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic Product Sales Specialist to expand relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts and to grow one or more assigned product lines. The Product Sales Specialist visits existing doctors , while actively looking for new potential ones. Reporting to the Product Manager, he/she is responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines, and for supporting the product-line success of an assigned team of sales associates.

Keys Responsibility:

  • Supports the success of an assigned team of sales people.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
  • Achieves assigned product sales quota and supports initiatives that ensure product profitability. 
  • Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.
  • Maintains high doctors satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, marketing, communications or equivalent.
  • Proven 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in outdoor sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales and marketing.
  • Working knowledge in MS office tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good Planning and Organizational skills.
