Desired Skills:

-          Scientific Background (BS in Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, etc...)

-          Motorized

-          Expertise in principles and practices of sales.

-          Good managerial & leadership skills

-          Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

-          Good planning, organizing and presentations skills.

-          Strong communication and negotiation skills

Employment Status: Full time job

Job Summary: Manage the department business operation including sales strategies and development.

Job Description:

-          Prepare business plan for each of the Products (including new products, when available) and submit it to General Manager.

-          Perform visits to the market in order to achieve the 4 sales pillars: Interviewing, presenting, closing and follow up once needed.

-          Plan department’s sales strategies.

-          Manage the complete follow up of the Department’s clientele and solve all related issues in coordination with other related departments.

-          Supervise on the researches regarding all neededinformation related to products, competition, technicalinformation, new suppliers, etc…that fall within the scope of the Department.

-          Plan products and territory distribution inside the department among all the parties in the sales team for best sales performance, and submit it to General Manager for approval.
